Toolbar

an assembly of tools, represented by buttons, placed on the top, bottom, or
either side of the display monitor. The toolbar allows a user easy access to a
number of functions offered by the program. Usually, one needs only to left
click on a function to activate the desired tool. see tool, floating toolbar.
